Terms of Enrollment
Last updated: October, 19, 2026
These terms apply when you enroll in a program offered by EZ Tech for Women, a brand of Cofnets (“we,” “us”). By completing payment, you agree to them.
1. Programs
| Program | Length | Price (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| Front-End Developer + AI Coding Program | 2 months of live online training, then the hands-on workshop | $2,997 |
| Full-Stack Developer + AI Coding Program | 4 months of live online training, then the hands-on workshop | $4,997 |
Each program includes live online classes, a session where students present what they learned, and workshop sessions for hands-on help with real problems. Cohort dates and class times are sent by email after enrollment.
2. Enrollment and payment
- Your seat is confirmed once payment (in full, or the first payment of an approved plan) is received.
- You can pay in full by card, or over time through Klarna. Klarna plans are an agreement between you and Klarna; we receive the full tuition at enrollment.
- If Klarna is not available to you, we may offer a payment plan: $997 at enrollment, then equal monthly payments, all due before the program ends (Front-End: 2 Ă— $1,000; Full-Stack: 3 Ă— $1,333.33).
- Payment plan installments are billed by email invoice on the agreed dates. If a payment is more than [7] days late, access to classes and materials may be paused until it is paid.
- Prices may change for future cohorts. The price you paid at enrollment is the price for your cohort.
3. Hands-on workshop experience
After the training months, students may continue in the EZ Tech workshop to build real projects and gain experience. The workshop runs for [length, e.g. 3 months] after your program ends. It is part of your education, not employment. If you are invited to work on paid client projects, we will agree on any pay or stipend with you in writing first.
4. Attendance and participation
- Attend live classes and complete assignments to get the full benefit of the program.
- Missed classes are not refunded. Where available, recordings or materials will be shared to help you catch up.
- You may request to transfer to a later cohort once, at no charge, if you tell us in writing before you have completed [25%] of your program.
5. Conduct
Treat instructors, classmates and clients with respect. Harassment, discrimination, cheating, or sharing other students’ private information is not allowed. We may remove a student who breaks these rules, without a refund for the remaining program.
6. Course materials and your work
- Course materials, recordings and slides are for your personal learning only. Please don’t share, sell or post them.
- Projects you build for your own portfolio are yours. Client project work belongs to the client, as agreed for each project; you may show it in your portfolio if the client allows.
7. No job guarantee
We teach practical skills and help you build real experience, but we cannot guarantee a job, salary or specific result. Your outcome depends on your effort, the job market and other factors outside our control.
8. Technology
You need a computer that can run a code editor and a web browser, and a stable internet connection. You are responsible for your own equipment and internet service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to a program is limited to the tuition you paid for that program.
10. Changes to a program
We may update the curriculum, schedule or instructors to improve the program. If we cancel a cohort, you may move to the next cohort or receive a full refund.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, and your information in our Privacy Policy.
