We collect only the information we need to enroll you, teach you and take payment, and we never sell it.
1. What we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
- Enrollment details: program, cohort, how you heard about us.
- Payment details: processed by Stripe and Klarna. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Learning records: attendance, assignments, projects and feedback.
- Website data: basic analytics and cookies, and advertising pixels such as Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to understand visits and measure our ads.
2. How we use it
- To enroll you, run classes and send schedules and updates.
- To process payments, refunds and payment plans.
- To support you during the program and the workshop.
- To improve our programs and measure our marketing.
- To send news about future programs. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the program, and only what they need:

4. How we disclose and protect it
- Information is shared through each providerā€™s secure systems (encrypted connections), not by open email.
- Access to student records is limited to staff who need it.
- Payment data stays with Stripe and Klarna, which meet card-industry security standards (PCI DSS).
- We keep records for as long as needed for the program, taxes and legal requirements, then delete them.
5. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 7 days.
6. Children
Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
7. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
